DUES:  Membership dues ($300) are payable with your application for membership.  Members receive monthly member correspondence, board of directors meeting minutes, nametags, and a listing in the PCM Member Directory along with lists of attendees at shows if you attend the monthly meeting following the show. PRODUCT SHOWCASE REGISTRATION:  Member registration fees are $125 per regional product showcase except Duluth and Rochester which are $150, and $150 per metro product showcase.  Non-members registration fees are $300 per regional or metro show.  Members will receive priority at limited-space shows on a first-paid basis. Members have the option of pre-paying Product Showcase registration fees with their dues payment, which is suggested, or prior to each show with the show announcement form as your invoice.  No member is registered for a show without payment. All fees must be paid prior to any set up at a Product Showcase. MEMBER CONTACT PERSON:  Each member company shall designate one PCM contact person.  This person receives the invoice for dues and show fees.  Normally, this contact person is a sales representative who will attend shows and events.  Additional company staff can be listed in the Member Directory VOLUNTEERS:  The Producers Council Midwest is a non-profit organization and is always in need of volunteers.  Many opportunities are available including show chairs and co-chairs, set up and tear down of tables on show days, set up and tear down of lunch at shows. PRODUCT SHOWCASE SET-UP:  Show participants may not set up tabletop displays after the posted set-up hours.  This is to prevent last-minute arrivals.  Those arriving after set-up hours will be turned away with no refund. PRODUCT SHOWCASE CANCELLATIONS:  Show fees will be refunded to a member if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of the show. MEMBER LUNCH MEETINGS:  PCM member meetings are held on the first Monday of the month September through June (unless Monday is a holiday, then the meeting is held the next day).  Reminder notices are sent out prior to the meetings.  Members have the option of pre-paying the luncheon fees ($10) with membership dues, or paying luncheon fees at the meeting.  The member meeting schedule is located on the website for your review.
